Spring is Here, and New Books Under Way

Spring is Here, and New Books Under Way

Don’t you just love feeling the warmth of the sun, the sight of tulips popping from the ground and the smell of spring in the air? I love this time of year. After a particularly tough few months of New England winter…boy was I ready!!

When I wasn’t out helping to shovel around my house, I was busy writing away the dreary winter. I’m happy to let you know that I’ve made wonderful progress on another novel. This next book is the first in a series and begins with Isabella Walsh witnessing a murder that forces her to spend the next year on the run, trying to stay alive. Enter Ethan Shay, an ex-military man bent on helping her. The sparks fly as they work together to unravel the mystery that is threatening her life and now his.

Each of the books in this series will stand independently so it won’t be necessary to read them in order. You will, however, be able to follow these six, overprotective ex-military men as they face life’s challenges with courage and determination…even when the very women they seek to protect drives them to the brink of something so much more than they could have ever hoped for.

Also, I’ll be attending the writer’s conference once again on April 24th and 25th! I love being able to speak with other writers. When you’re at your laptop focused on developing a new plot and the characters that surround it, you can become singularly focused and feel like a lone person on an island. It’s refreshing to attend these conferences and reconnect with the world.

Stay tuned…..I’ll update you on my next release as soon as information becomes available!!

Happy Spring!!!

P.L. Byers
P.L. Byers has loved romance novels since she was a young girl. After reading her first romance novel, The Flame and the Flower by Kathleen E. Woodiwiss, a romance novel was never far from her grasp. This passion inspired a dream that someday, she too could be a romance novelist.
